David J. Littlewood, P.E.

David J. Littlewood, P.E. is a skilled civil engineer and consultant with over 18 years of experience specializing in geotechnical engineering, concrete design and evaluation, construction materials testing, and walkway surfaces. His experience also includes building code compliance, ADA compliance, OSHA Code compliance, and structural concrete evaluation.

Mr. Littlewood is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, and the Pennsylvania Geo-Institute. He maintains certifications in concrete technology and OSHA training, and possesses extensive experience in construction management, asphalt and concrete pavement evaluation, and storm water compliance.

Mr. Littlewood received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
